Concealed soft-close hinge with three-axis adjustment.

A concealed hinge with an integrated hydraulic damper and adjustment on all three axes. The damper absorbs the last few degrees of travel so the door closes quietly under its own weight; the three-way adjustment lets a fitter correct height, depth and side alignment on site without removing the door.
